The Beginning...

Well, here we go... thought this would be an easy way for family and friends to stay updated on all the happenings in the Miller Family. We'll do our best to keep this updated.

News... let's see... Caden is now 3 months old and growing like crazy. He is a very happy baby and is so much fun, cooing and "talking" and blowing bubbles. He's starting to engage and interact more. He recently found out that he has hands. It's been really entertaining to see the light bulb go off every time his hands cross in front of his face.

Daniel has had an amazing year at work. He has worked really hard and God has really blessed his efforts. Daniel has been co-leading a worship team for a while and just recently was asked to lead his own team. It's a pretty big commitment, but one he loves to do. He is starting on a basketball league soon, pray for his health. :-)

I'm loving staying at home. It was a pretty big adjustment in the beginning, but I'm keeping myself busy. There is an oppotunity for me to work from home with one -two days on location, pray that God would direct us in that decision. With all the time I have at home... :-).... I'm baking alot. I've always enjoyed baking but never really felt like it after returning from an 8 hour day. Caden sits in his swing or lays on the counter watching me. It's been fun. I'm trying not to fatten us up for the winter, but we'll see how it all pans out.

We spent Thanksgiving with my family this year and then left the following morning to visit my extended family in New York. It was a great trip. I also had my high school ten year reunion while we were there. It was alot better then I thought it would be. Seeing family was great as well. Caden did great on the plane ride. I was very nervous about it, but he was a stellar passenger. He did cry on the return flight but only for 5 min or so. We'll be in Arkansas for the days leading up the Christmas and returning to KC on Christmas Eve. Almost the entire Merwin side of the family will be traveling to KC for Christmas. This has not happened in a long time. I guess that's all the news for now. We'll keep posting.
